Walked 17k to give my brother our delicious seafood risotto, from Camden to Leytonstone.

It was quite nice actually but fucking hell I miss the gym.

Routine is important, so get out for my daily exercise, buy my paper, take it home, wash it thoroughly, blow dry it, read it and by then its bedtime.
Life is good

I'd forgotten how easy "home grown" is to cultivate.

My supplier's now going to have to apply for his 80% from the government.

There’s a handful women out there that have got little else to do at the moment but exercise, get wasted and send me pics/vids of their increasingly toned bodies

Wish the ground would dry up quicker.

The right of ways and bridleways especially are still very wet and I don't enjoy doing a number of kms in gum boots (as we called them as kids).

I can't really explore too much, as I have seen most things close last year and you are not supposed to travel to exercise.

Still nice to get out.

The landlord of my local dropped off two 3 litre pourable bags of draught lager as he didn't want it to go waste.

The first one is sorted and I shall be moving to the second one tomorrow.

I'm slightly disturbed at how little my normal routine has changed. Other than disrupting regular trips to Homebase and cutting down on the drive through junk food, much is as it normally is.

Got high as a kite with a spliff, walking round a local lake, listening to Smith & Mighty (Bass is maternal).

Agreed nurse it's about 300% better than being in a depressing office

I’ve been busier than I’ve ever been in my life plus had a comedic run in with the police and am trying to get a car MOT’d and repaired at short notice in the middle of a lockdown when the fucking MOT laws are changing day to day

You should get yourself onto Nurse's birdwatch thread. You can talk to her about your fat balls, while she talks about her great tits. Or is that the other way round?

I've also been saving lives. By staying at home.

Re: Isolation - whats the best thing you've done this week?
I noticed two wood pigeons nesting I the laurel bush in my back garden. Sitting, working and watching them through the window has been great - they spend 90% of their day in my garden, never even noticed them before. I've named them Brad and Joan, after a lovely old couple I used to know growing up.

Brad goes out collecting twigs for their nest most of the day and Joan potters about. Then at regular intervals they meet up for a drink out of the water butt and preen each other.

Oh and for my work, I've been saving lives... but Brad and Joan have been the biggest highlight of the week.

Next trip to the shops i'll be picking up bird seed and fat balls (I don't mean Know it All)
